• Location data (GPS) – used only on your device to detect your laps during Tawaaf and Sa’i.
• Motion data – used only on your device to improve accuracy.

This information is never sent to our servers, shared, or stored externally.

How We Use Your Data

Location and motion data are used in real-time to detect and confirm lap progress during rituals. All processing happens locally on your device.

Third-Party Services

Ashwaat uses map data from OpenStreetMap, a community-driven public mapping project. Your location may be used to request reference data (e.g. landmarks or coordinates) from OpenStreetMap servers.

This map data is accessed in real-time to enhance accuracy for lap tracking. Ashwaat does not store or share your location with OpenStreetMap or any other service.
